The Report Options screen allows you to create and manage reports within a task for the DataPA Scheduler. Use the treeview on the left hand side to select which task you are managing reports for. The listview on the right hand side displays all reports for this task, along with the recipients, export format and file location.
The following actions are available from the report options screen:

Adding a report To add a report to a task, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Add Report from the main menu. This will open the Report Details screen to allow you to enter the details for your new report. |

Deleting a report To delete a report from a task, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Delete Report from the main menu. You will be prompted to confirm your action before the report is deleted. |

Previewing a report To preview a report from a task, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Preview Report from the main menu. The report preview window will be opened. |

Designing a report To change the layout of a report from a task, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Design Report from the main menu. The report design window will be opened. |

Changing a reports properties To change the properties that effect the format of the report produced and where the report is sent, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Properties from the main menu. The report details screen will be opened. |

Changing a reports parameters To change the parameters that are used when the report is run, select the task in the treeview, then select Report-->Change parameters from the main menu. The run query wizard will be opened to allow you to change the parameters. |
