The Report Details - Details screen allows you to enter details that relate to a specific report. Enter the following details for your report or query..
Report Name The name of the report as it will appear in the Report Options screen.
Filename The physical location of the report or query that will be run by the scheduler. To change the report or query, press the browse button and browse to the report or query.
Set Parameters Press the Set Parameters button to set the parameter values that will be used to run your report. The run query wizard will be opened to allow you to change the parameters.
Report Format The format of the file the scheduler will produce when the report or query is run.
To have the results of your report or query emailed to users, check the Email export file check box and enter the email address or email addresses you want the report emailed to in the Recipients text box. Separate multiple addresses with a semi-colon.
If you only want the email sent if the query returned some data, select the only send an email if the query returns data option.
To have the results of your report or query saved to a file, uncheck the Email export file check box and select the browse button to select the name of the file you waqnt the report saved to. You can use the identifiers listed below in your filename, each of which will be replaced with the appropriate value by the DataPA Scheduler when the exported file is created.
For Example c:\eb2.1\Reports\Customers[Date][Time].csv would produce a file named c:\eb2.1\Reports\Customers201002181154.csv |
