The Slider Properties  Range tab allows you to specify the range of numeric values the slider represents.

There are two ways you can specify the range of the slider;

To specify the range of numeric values the slider represents based on data returned by a query, follow the steps below;

Make sure the set range of the slider from the minimum and maximum values of a column returned by a query check box is checked.

Select the query data set, and the column you wish to use to calculate the range.

Select the appearance options.

To specify the range of numeric values the slider represents manually, follow the steps below;

Make sure the set range of the slider manually check box is checked.

Enter a minimum and maximum value for the range.

Select the appearance options.

Finally, select whether the slider should show labels and major and minor tick marks.
