After you Create A New Query or Open An Existing Query, and you are connecting to a DataPA Enterprise Service, you are able to publish the query to the service.

To publish the Query click on the 'Publish' Icon in the toolbar.

This will publish the Query after details are entered in Query Properties Screen .
