The print preview window allows you to view what will be printed before you print it.

Buttons and Panels

Print Preview

Displays the pages as they will print.

Thumbnail View

Displays the current page being viewed in the context of the document to be printed.

Print

Prints the document

Hand Tool

Selects the hand tool that allows you to scroll the document in the print preview panel by hold down the left mouse button and dragging.

Snapshot Tool

Selects the snapshot tool that allows you to select an area in the print preview panel to be copied to the clipboard as an image

Dynamic Zoom Tool

Selects the zoom tool that allows you to zoom in and out on the document in the print preview panel by hold down the left mouse button and moving up to zoom in, and down to zoom out

Zoom In Tool

Selects the zoom in tool that allows you to zoom in on the document in the print preview panel by hold down the left mouse button and dragging to create rectangle.

Zoom Out Tool

Selects the zoom out tool that allows you to zoom out on the document in the print preview panel by hold down the left mouse button and dragging to create rectangle.

Page Width

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete page width

Margin Width

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete margin width

Whole Page

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete page

Zoom Panel

Panel that allows you to select a particular scale and zoom in and out on the document in the print preview panel.

Continuous

If checked, pages will be shown as a continuous list of pages that can be scrolled up and down.

Multi page selector

Allows you to select multiple pages in any configuration to be viewed in the print preview panel

Menus

Print

Prints the document

Page Setup

Opens the page setup window

Exit

closes the print preview window

Thumbnails

Toggles whether the thumbnail panel is visible

Zoom In

Zooms in on the document in the print preview panel

Zoom Out

Zooms out on the document in the print preview panel

Zoom

Allows you to select the scale of the document in the print preview panel

Page Width

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete page width

Margin Width

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete margin width

Whole Page

Adjusts the scale of the document in the print preview panel to show the complete page

Go To

Allows you to move the view in the print preview panel to first, previous, next or last page, or to the previous or next view
