The Pivot Table Editor window Alerts tab allows you to specify conditional alerts for your pivot table. Below are details on how to define your alerts, and details on when and where the alerts will appear are available here;
Follow the steps below to specify the alerts for your pivot table;

To create a new alert, select the alert tab, and press Add. This will open the Alert dialog box to allow you to define the alert. |

To edit an alert, select the alert and press Edit. This will open the Alert dialog box to allow you to edit the alert. |

To delete an alert, select the alert and press Delete. |
