Client Settings allows you to control where to store the system data and determine whether the software will automatically check for updates. The system data stores details of Systems, Links and Subjects for DataPA OpenAnalytics.
To maintain the Client settings, click on 'Client Settings' button of the Application Settings Tab of the Ribbon in the Dashboard Designer.
If the 'Client Settings' option is not visible, this means that you do not have permissions to change the Client Settings. Access to the 'Client Settings' option is controlled via a group permission item.

Client Settings has two tabs, the Data Location tab that allows you to control where to store the DataPA system data and the Automatic Updating tab that allows you to determine whether the software will automatically check for updates
