The Task Properties screen allows you to specify specific the behaviour of the selected task.

Send all reports in this task in a single email

If this option is checked, each report in this task will be attached and sent in a single email, rather than a seperate email for each report in the task.

Add all query results to a single Excel workbook

If this option is checked, the results from each query in the scheduler will be added to a single workbook, rather than a workbook being created for each query.

Use report name as sheet name in Excel

If this option is checked, the worksheet name will be derived from the report name, rather than the task name.

Clear the default sheets in Excel

If this option is checked, any empty worksheets will be removed from an Excel workbook before it is emailed.

Recipients

If the Send all reports in this task in a single email option is checked, this value determines the recipients of the email that will be sent out by this task.

Email Body

If the Send all reports in this task in a single email option is checked, this value determines the body of the email that will be sent out by this task.
